Amiyoko, at 19, is no rookie to showing genuine reality in her music. She has enjoyed her music as a hobby, a personal outlet such as a Diary.

She has recently got into sharing her sound with people who are into the Nu-Soul, Old School R&B and Rap and Continues to get positive feed back on the unique sound of what is missing in music today.

As the child of the singer/songwriter/producer Shakari Nyte of Big Black Lincoln, Amiyoko has grown up in the studio, Grown up around recordings which gave her the upper hand to being extra creative with song topics and moods to them. She has been recording / writing since she was 12 years old. She usually pertains to instrumentals of Producers such as Fat Jon, Nujabes , Uyama Hiroto , Nomak, etc. She is confident that she will be outstanding with style and passion for music.
