Caitlin is the first Canadian generation from a German family who was born and raised in the tiny town of Fergus, Ontario.  Growing up Caitlin's parents signed her up in every possible class from sports, to art and so on…but she always had special love for the arts and the entertainment field, although she absolutely loves hockey too! …even up till now.

I really think she likes to challenge everything, because in one part of the interview when I asked her “how was your childhood special’ she said; “My childhood was special because I rebelled against almost everything I was told. I made things interesting because I tended to stir things- & I still do.” In which she is right …it makes things either really interesting or annoying in either way makes everyone more tempted to get challenged and get busy!

She also explains that in the modeling world you have to have a lot of respect for other models because they can be good teachers, and there is a lot to learn from everyone. This is a wise way of thinking when you are in this industry. Personally, I find it hard to find anyone who thinks this way, which is really annoying sometimes. Especially for some people who have a confidence issue, they often feel pushed or squished and prefer to leave the industry rather than fighting their issues.

As a model Caitlin cares about her body looking healthy, because her job depends on it. Her secrets are eating healthy food and working out 4 days a week. She has also begun to eat raw foods, and only fresh and organic products.

As well as modeling, Caitlin can also act, and she is a full time student at York University for theater. She also said ‘I am distributing Mona Vie health products to the Toronto wellness market. Health is something I take very seriously & I can see society starting to recognize it too. I know I will work in the entertainment industry along side the health industry for the rest of my life. It’s my home”
