I was forced to look through my e-mails and find Victoria to do an article about her! How I was forced and who forced me? I think her spirit! I felt very great and connected to her so I thought if I want to do any article today, it should be about her. Her pictures look simply beautiful, her poses and facial expression are so effortless, so true, so real! I don’t think she tries to pose, she just does it. Her body doesn’t look like plastic either. neither does her face; you can tell she is a real down to earth human. 

Victoria was born and raised in Toronto, however at some part of her life she moved to England and lived there for a while and came back to her nest (Toronto), she has even studied performing arts for three years in England. Her modeling started when she found an ad in “Now Magazine” looking for models to model every Monday night at a small local bar, 5 years later and she’s still at it.

In the modeling world Victoria prefers high fashion/editorial style and she explains; “it is very artistic and abstract, you can put your body in the strangest angles and positions and still create something beautiful to look at. It's a real art.” I saw that in her pictures which are so beautiful, especially her arms movements, they were great and matched with her body. The look is so Renaissance to me.

I asked her who her favorite model was and she said; “I have a few but my favorite will always be Jessica Stam, she has the same strange features as I do but knows how to rock them. I also love the fact (especially as a Canadian) that she was discovered in a Tim Horton's in small town Ontario” Ok how strange is that story? What a coincidence? Lol. I think every single one of us run into these opportunities at some moment in time but we don’t let them enter into our lives. Most of the time we are to busy with our thoughts that we just don’t see them around us and we walk away from them. It is sad because those moments are so valuable and they really can change our lives. So my suggestion is please live in the moment and you will see them so clearly, all around you. Victoria has somehow proved this to me, to be one of those people who sees everything around them, she said; “I don't look to the future, I just live in the now and see where life takes me” That’s the best way of living in my opinion.

Her words are so great that I don’t want to interfere in them or change them! I want to put them here untouched. So I asked her “What makes you different from other models?” and she answered “Compared to a lot of models (not all) I don't have a diva attitude. There are so many girl and guy models out there who can talk to others around them like dirt and think that they are better than everyone else. They will eventually learn that is the fastest way to end your career. I also have the most immature and disgusting sense of humor for a model, which I seem to enjoy sharing especially when I’m at fashion shows” lol she is right again.

What does she thinks about having her own family? “Children have never been something I considered; I just can't see myself with a big family or even married to someone. Who knows maybe I'll change my mind but it definitely won't be anytime soon. I have been in the best relationship of my life for 23 years, myself, and that is the one I need to continue focusing on.” That’s why she has so much confidence and knows who she is and what she wants! I am sure that when she wants to pour some coffee, she wouldn’t bother to choose a cup; she will just grab one, lol.

What does she thinks about fame? “Depends on how the fame was obtained, I don't like the idea of people being obsessed with fame, it can get scary and disturbing sometimes. I would like to be famous only if it is because of something I accomplished, not just because I had eight kids and a nasty divorce or because I was caught on video doing the nasty with some actress' husband.”

When asked if she could do one positive thing in this world, what would it be? “Put a muzzle on each cast member of "Jersey Shore" and Katy Perry.” Lol, whenever you ready let me know, I can help too!

Last but not least, lovely Victoria is working toward a career in musical theatre, acting, dancing and/or singing. To be honest I can’t find anyone better than her doing those arts because she owns her soul and that’s the main ingredient.
